Beefing up the Mule
With the combination of ever increasing weight of high performance window and door systems, a major focus on WHS and operating efficiencies, Victorian based fabricator Rylock Windows & Doors required the assistance of machinery with a 500kg lifting capacity. To meet Rylock’s requirements the team at Quattrolifts redesigned their Quattro Mule machine, strengthening the structure, incorporating a longer mast, a dual vacuum system and an electrical winch. The machine is now fully operational at Rylock’s Dingley facility, unloading, rotating and transporting large sections of glass products within their factory. “The guys love the machine, operation is easy, our staff are working in a safer workplace, it has been a worthwhile investment,” said Mark Dunham, Rylock Operations Manager. The standard Mule is now offered with the option of 500kg lifting capacity, electrical winch and the dual vacuum system.
